Some reported side effects following injection of BOTOX® Cosmetic include temporary eyelid droop, headache and nausea. Localized pain, infection, inflammation, tenderness, swelling, redness, and/or bleeding/bruising may be associated with the injection.

Will I need anesthesia?

No. But cold pack or anesthetic cream may be used for very sensitive patients before the treatment.
